"Head On Over To The Mushroom Kingdom"
Let’s get into it! Super Nintendo World is exactly just what it sounds like! You are literally sucked into this world instantly as a character! However there are a few things you should know before planning your visit to Super Nintendo World! First of all PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE buy your ticket online ahead of time! Super Nintendo World is the newest attraction to Universal Studios Hollywood, California! You must purchase a ticket online through the Universal Studios website! The purchase of this ticket grants you access to not only Universal Studios, but also Super Nintendo World as well! YOU CAN NOT ACCESS SUPER NINTENDO WORLD WITHOUT A UNIVERSAL STUDIO TICKET! Buying tickets in person will sell out fast! You run the risk of missing out on a visit! Next when you do arrive at the park, arrive at least 30 minutes to one hour early. This will give you a possible head start into entrance of the park!
Entrance To Super Nintendo World
Once you arrive on the premises download the Universal Studios Hollywood App! Download the app and sign up for an account! After you sign up click on the “Super Nintendo World” link and create your character! Next once you gain entrance into the park head to the first gift shop you see! There you need to purchase a power up wristband! This awesome wristband allows you to play/interact with Super Nintendo World, inside of '"The Mushroom Kingdom”! This wristband allows you to punch blocks, earn points, earn coins, and collect keys! There are four keys total to collect! However you only need three keys in order to enter Bowser Jr.’s hideout! Which whom you’ll eventually face off with in a battle!
Power Up Wristbands
Not only does Super Nintendo World allow you to interact as a character, but they also have other cool things to do as well. Of course you can’t be in Super Nintendo World and not ride! That’s right, this attraction has the “Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge ride! This ride allows you to battle Team Bowser! While enjoying this ride you’ll steer through multiple courses! Whether it be through underwater, in the clouds, or on the race track itself! Step into the ride, and place on your googles! On your mark, get set, GO! You can compete as an individual or on a team!
The visuals of this ride is so authentically made! It’s truly cutting edge technology! This is definitely one of the best features of this attraction alone! Definitely worth the wait in line! Now of course being in this attraction all day, you may begin to develop a appetite. Worried about leaving to find something to eat? No need! Super Nintendo World has it’s own eatery! Make sure you stop by “Toadstool Café”. This restaurant is completely Super Mario inspired! This place has a variety of items for everyone! They have a variety of appetizers, entrees, drinks , and desserts! Not to mention a kids menu, and options of dairy free, gluten free, and even vegetarian options! Toadstool Café
Outside of fun, food, and games don’t forget to stop past the gift shop before leaving. Grab the cutest souvenirs to commemorate the experience! The gift shop has unlimited choices of stuffed animals, t-shirts, hats, keychains, headbands, and so much more! If I could have, I would have bought everything! Overall my experience at Super Nintendo World was phenomenal! It was everything I could imagine and more! I had such a great time that I will be returning in the fall once the crowds die down a bit!
